Rule of Law Lawsuit: EU General Court triggers the expedited procedure and will hear arguments on the substance of the cases


Commissioner Reynders's response to our letter, in which we endorsed a letter of Polish judicial associations, raising concerns about the operation of the NCJ and the legislation in Poland.

Lawsuit against the EU Council for its decision to unblock Recovery and Resilience funds for Poland

Joint letter of EAJ, Medel, Judges4Judges and AEAJ to the French presidency of the European Union with regard to the draft law of the Polish government in order to receive the promised Community funds.
