AEAJ represents administrative judges at the 26th plenary meeting of the CCJE
The Consultative Council of European Judges
(CCJE), an advisory body to the Council of Europe, met in Strasbourg on 13-14 November 2025 to adopt its Opinion No. 28 (2025) on the importance of judicial well-being for the delivery of justice.
This last CCJE Opinion is an important milestone on this crucial topic for the coming period.

AEAJ is an observer at the CCJE and presented comments base on the experience of
administrative judges with the support of the AEAJ Advisory Group, the Association of judges of the Republic of Lithuania, the All-Ukrainian association of administrative judges and the Italian association of administrative judges (ANMA).
Moreover, AEAJ thanks departing CCJE president Ms. Leonie Reynolds (Ireland) for her devoted commitment and her openness, and congratulates Mr. José Igreja Matos (Portugal) for his election as president for the coming period.
AEAJ was represented at CCJE by its deputy-treasurer Evaristo González González, judge at the administrative chamber
of the High Court of the Canary Islands.
