We are glad to announce that our association will hold the seminar of its Working Group Independence and Administrative Justice in
Lisbon on 21 and 22 May 2026.
The seminar is dedicated to a topic of concern for all administrative judges and administrative courts:
THE FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGES
It
will include a part dedicated to remuneration on Friday morning, which
will be concluded by a discussion on the legal principles on the remuneration of judges.
As usual, the seminar will be followed by the AEAJ General Assembly on Friday afternoon.
