Sources of delays and solutions under the aspect of inadequate procedural rules with respect to witnesses, experts and oral hearings
Legal remedies against delays, with special regard to Art. 13 of the Human Rights’ Convention, chaired by Carlo Schockweiler

The working group should - if possible - prepare an opinion concerning their topics
